Ingredients
  

  • ½ bunch Parsley Around 20g (2.11 ounces)
  • 1 bunch Oregano Around 20g (2.11 ounces)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 red Chili
  • 100 ml Olive oil (Around 3.38 fluid ounces)
  • 33 ml Red wine vinegar (Around 1.11 fluid ounces)

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients.

  2. Optional: Remove the stems from the parsley and the oregano.
    Remove the leaves from the stems- the sauce lab
  3. Finely chop parsley, oregano, garlic, and red chili.

  4. Mix the chopped ingredients together in a bowl with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
    Stir and combine- the sauce-lab
  5. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients for the sauce. Prepare it at least a few minutes before you are going to use it. This will ensure that the flavors combine well.
  6. Use the sauce as needed.
